At Inertia, all orders are handled with care. Because our products are shipped directly from the factory, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is finalized.

• You may modify or cancel your order within 4 days of placement.

• Modifications include changes to size, color, or quantity.

• After 4 days, your order becomes final and cannot be changed.

2. Video & Picture Confirmation

• Within the 4-day modification window, you can request photos or videos of your order before it is finalized.

• This ensures you can confirm the product’s details and quality before it is shipped.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately upon delivery via our Customer Service page.

• We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if approved.

4. Final Sale

• All orders are considered final after the 4-day modification window.

• Please double-check all details before confirming your order to avoid any issues.
