1. Order Processing
Once an order is placed, it is processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.

2. Delivery Time
From the moment your order is placed, delivery typically takes 8–12 days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to external factors, but we strive to maintain this schedule consistently.

3. Order Modifications & Final Sale Policy
You may modify or cancel your order within 4 days of placing it. After this 4-day window, your order becomes final. At that point, no further changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted. Please ensure all details — including size, color, and quantity — are correct before placing your order.

4. Shipping Costs
A flat delivery fee of 18 AED applies to all orders within the UAE.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available only within the Gulf region. Orders outside this area must be prepaid through our online payment options.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor its progress until it reaches your doorstep.
